Yes, we provide this self-service capability in the My Subscriptions page after you purchase your solution. Licenses can be modified to meet the ever changing needs of your business. Dashboard is working when you are working.
Currently no. Komatsu is working to add this functionality into Dashboard soon.
There are unlimited seats within your organization. Meaning that Dashboard does not restrict how many users can access it.
The SL3 file is automatically generated when a new site is created on Dashboard. It connects the Komatsu Intelligent Machine Control machines to the server so that as-built data can be sent to the proper site in Dashboard. The site SL3 file must be properly loaded on each machine when the machine is moved to the site. If an SL3 file is not properly loaded on the machine, the machine will not report as-built data to Dashboard.
We provide user permissions with four different levels of access. These roles are Super Admin, Admin, Manager, and Staff.
Knowing where you are today by ingesting the various 3D data streams allows you to measure and make decisions on where you want to be tomorrow. By combining the 3D design data with aerial mapping and intelligent machine data, you can confirm quantities and visualize progress. Have a stockpile you captured with the drone and want to know the volume? Simply click around the perimeter and get your quantity. Want to calculate the cut/fill of the site, design vs. actual, and print out a color-coded grid map – can do. Spin or rotate the model to gain new perspectives. Yes, Dashboard can accept design files in the following formats: dxf, xml, tp3, tn3, ttm, svd, and dsz. Furthermore, multiple design files of a mixed file type can be imported into Dashboard.

Yes, export is supported in Pointcloud, xml, csv, and dxf.
No, you can track progress automatically in Dashboard with your Komatsu IMC machines. When you are ready to fly, you can add drone processing capabilities to your subscription.
